Alcohol & Tobacco

The government levies a duty on both liquor and tobacco. To avoid this duty and to purchase goods ‘duty free’ you must be flying outside the European Union.

The following countries are in Europe but outside the EU and therefore passengers flying to these destinations are allowed to purchase Duty Free:

Canary Islands
Channel Islands
Gibraltar
Iceland
Norway
Switzerland
Turkey

All Other Products

The Government levies a tax (VAT) on most other products. For passengers traveling outside the EU this tax is waived.

For passengers traveling inside the EU this tax is paid for by us, the retailer, allowing you to enjoy tax-free prices.
